Parap Offices Stage 2

The second stage of a low rise office development located within the inner Darwin suburb of Parap. Adjacent an earlier development (21 Parap Road) by Peddle Thorp Architects for the same Developer this stage (under construction) is a 3 storey structure on a site twice as large as it's neighbour. The developer has identified a demand in the area for office based businesses requiring a high level of public access eg, private/ government agencies, building consultants.

With a conventional side service core arrangement in plan, the design provides the flexibility for a range of lettable or unit title suites.
